Getting started is simple! Book an appointment for your full Service Smart Checkout — your first in-depth vehicle evaluation is $179.00. After that, you can have your car re-evaluated as many times as you want over the next year at no additional charge. The initial checkout takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, and you can schedule online or call us to reserve your spot.

Yes — you’re getting your vehicle evaluated by an ASE-Certified Master Technician using a standardized, in-house process developed for accuracy and transparency. Many other multipoint inspections at other shops are quick visual checks with no consistency in what’s reviewed. With Service Smart, we follow the same thorough process every time, so nothing gets overlooked.
No — Service Smart is a tool, not a sales tactic. We give you an honest, unbiased assessment of your vehicle. You decide what to fix and when.
Great! We’re not here to replace them — we’re here to give you a second set of expert eyes and a maintenance plan. You can take our report anywhere you choose for the work.
About every four to five months, and at least twice a year — especially as seasons change. Also, anytime you notice something unusual.
No — you can join on your first visit. Even if you live far away, you can come once or twice a year just to get the full evaluation and know exactly where your car stands.
Your car is reviewed by an ASE-Certified Master Technician focusing on safety, repairs, and maintenance needs. An ASE-Certified Service Consultant then reviews the results with the technician. They will then explain to you exactly what’s due now, what’s coming up, and prioritize it. You’re getting two sets of certified eyes working together for your benefit.
No — each vehicle needs its own membership. However, families with multiple vehicles receive a discounted rate for additional cars.
Yes — we service all domestic, Japanese, and Korean makes and models, plus select European vehicles. Some restrictions apply. We do not enroll vehicles older than model year 2002.
Not all diagnostics are included. Service Smart covers a comprehensive physical evaluation of your vehicle. However, if specialized diagnostic equipment is required — such as scanning for computer fault codes, testing electrical systems, or performing in-depth drivability testing — these services are billed separately.
This is because diagnostics often require specialized tools, extended technician time, and in some cases, test drives to accurately pinpoint the problem. Service Smart is designed to prevent issues and plan maintenance — advanced diagnostics are a separate service.

No — Service Smart is our only complete vehicle evaluation program. Every car we service gets basic checks like fluid levels and tire pressure with each visit, but we don’t have a lighter version of Service Smart.
If you only need something specific — for example, a brake inspection or a steering and suspension check — we can absolutely do that. In those cases, you’d simply pay for the technician’s time to investigate your specific concern. But if you want the full picture of your vehicle’s health and a plan for what’s urgent and what can wait, Service Smart is the way to go.
We do offer à la carte checks such as a brake inspection without the full Service Smart.
